If you reported content in Hidden Gem and disagree with what we decided, or if a scene you created was removed or rejected, you can ask us to look at it again.

Write to contact@notbad.tech and include your reference number, together with anything you think we missed. A person — not an automated system — made the original decision, and a person will look at it again. We answer without undue delay.

Other routes

Using this channel does not take away your other options. You can bring the dispute to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and you can always go to court. If your complaint is about how we handle personal data, you can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw or to the data protection authority in your own EU country.

How we decide

Every scene in Hidden Gem is checked by a person before other players can see it, and every report is read by a person. Automated safety checks can stop a scene from being generated, but they never decide on their own whether published content stays or goes.
