Report illegal content

Hidden Gem lets players create scenes with AI. Every scene is checked by hand before anyone else can see it, but if you believe a scene breaks the law, tell us here. This form is the notice mechanism under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act, and anyone can use it — you do not need the game or an account.

Playing the game and want a scene gone? The quickest way is the flag button on the scene itself: it hides the scene from you straight away and puts it in front of us. This form is for reporting unlawful content, and we will write back to you about what we decide.

Which scene is this about? The scene number shown in the game, or the web address of its picture. We need this to find the exact content you mean. Your name or organisation Email We use it to confirm we received the notice and to tell you what we decided. Why do you believe the content is unlawful? Please be specific: what is in the scene, and which law it breaks. I believe in good faith that the information and allegations in this notice are accurate and complete.

We process the name, email address and description you give here to handle your notice under the Digital Services Act, to write back to you about it, and to keep a record of the decision. What happens next

You get an email confirming that the notice arrived, with a reference number. A person looks at the scene and decides. You then get a second email with the decision, a short reason and a link you can use to ask us to look at it again. If we remove a scene, the player who made it is told why.
